There are two sizes. Either two pounds or four pounds. Each box is made up of a random assortment of garlic. Each box is guaranteed at least 5 different garlic varieties. Ranging in sizes and flavors.
Each box also comes with a garlic "cheat sheet" breaking down the different flavor profiles of the garlic varietals along with some tips.
